What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Do You Ship Internationally?
For the moment, MeriLado does not ship its products internationally. However, in the near future international shipping will be worked on for our customers abroad and others in need of this service.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Depending on the type of shipment option chosen for a package, it varies. Having chosen Swift Delivery option, your package should arrive within 2 to 3 working days. For the Express and Standard, it may take 4-5 or 6-7 official days respectively.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Our customers can pay through different bank accounts or Easypaisa, Jazzcash or other payment methods following the guidelines while paying online. Cash on delivery is another good option for our users who prefer paying in person while collecting their package on their doorstep.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Buying online is safe. Our Cash on Delivery option of payment makes it easy and safe for our customers to first receive their parcel and then pay. Our shipment team before shipping makes sure that the placed order with the size stated is selected and then well packed. Compromise on quality is not tolerated, if happens so by any chance is always reimbursed or facilitated accordingly. Buying online safe is guaranteed by MeriLado.
Order & Retunrs
How do I place an Order?
You simply select the product, with desired colour and size. Adding to Cart will save your selection. On opening Cart page, you will see your order, add the address where you wish to receive it. Choose the delivery option. Then process for the payment or choose the Cash on Delivery option if you want to pay cash on receiving your parcel. Then place your order and you shall receive it within the mentioned time on the website.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
After some time placing an order on MeriLado website, you may change or cancel it. However, after 1 or 2 days, it is less likely an option to do so, and you might have to change sending it back on the mentioned address to the store after you receive your parcel.
You can always call on our helpline and ask for help and guidance to change or cancel a package without long delays.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can pay with your debit, credit or any bank's card or account online. You can also make payment through someone else's account in your family or friends. You may also use Cash on Delivery option to pay in cash to the delivery person.
How Do I Track My Order?
After you place your order, a tracking number appears on the screen. You can track your package with this tracking number.
How Can I Return a Product?
After you receive your product and wish to return it, follow the directions written on the parcel packaging. The product must not be used or faulted after you received it. Pack it as you received the packet, and send it to the address mentioned. You can also go to our website and follow our Return Policy guidelines. In case of any help, dial us and get thorough information on call to return and funded back.
