1. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at support@merilado.pk or via WhatsApp: +92 312 2230435.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
- In such cases, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving your order.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your order is canceled within the allowed time frame, your payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed using your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
4. Order Modifications
- If you wish to change your size, address, or item, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Modifications are only possible if the order has not been processed for dispatch.
5. Order Cancellation by Meri Lado
Meri Lado reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- The item is out of stock or discontinued.
- The payment is not authorized or incomplete.
- Incorrect pricing or technical error occurred on the website.
In such cases, you’ll be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
