Refund and Returns Policy

At Meri Lado, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure every product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• You received the wrong item, size, or design.
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact).
• Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling (perfume stains, alterations, washing errors, etc.) will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

2. Share your order number, reason for return, and product images (if damaged or incorrect).
3. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the product delivered was incorrect or faulty.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• The refund will be made through the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

4. Exchanges

We offer size or design exchanges (if available in stock) once the original product is received and verified.
If the requested size/design is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for future purchases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-stitched or altered suits
• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories (e.g., dupattas, scarves)
